Provide a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the Scientific and Executive Director and the clinical staff members at CONRAD to facilitate the efficient operation of the group.


Position is located in Arlington Virginia.


  • Provide review, edit and format support for documents (e.g., Clinical Study Reports, protocol, manuscripts, monitoring tools).
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate communications (e.g, Skype), preparing agendas, and transcribe minutes as needed.
  • Act as liaison for CV intake, schedule interviews, and provide status.
  • Process approval for travel and submit travel vouchers for Clinical staff.
  • Coordinate internal approval, track and process invoices; complete purchase orders and finance related memos, as required.
  • Coordinate collection of weekly staff updates from Clinical staff members.
  • Set up and maintain clinical study files, both paper and electronic.
  • Coordinate periodic review and revision of Clinical Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Assist as needed with preparation of FDA submissions.
  • Assist at front desk when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Associate’s degree plus one (1) year of experience in administrative duties.  Must have minimum intermediate level command of Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Access database; experience with graphic design, Photoshop or equivalent, Skype, BlueJeans, etc. a plus. Ability to quickly learn new applications is required. Must: have good organizational skills, have ability to multi-task, professional attitude and appearance, work well with others, and manage changing priorities with unflinching diplomacy.
