Provide administrative support for the Office of Continuing Medical Education. Maintain database using CME Tracker in documenting attendance for all CME activities. Coordinate fiscal and registration functions that support all activities.
Secretarial/administrative support experience required. Bachelor’s Degree and/or experience in health related field or education preferred but not necessary. Must have proficient computer skills and be able to learn new software applications. Basic decision making skills, as well as math skills, use of a calculator, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, typing, use of fax machine and telephone skills required.
