This position is responsible for answering the telephone, scheduling patients, both new and established, updating patient demographics and verifying patient insurance information. Position is also responsible for assisting in maintaining Pre and Post-visit work queues and appointment/referral work queues. Patient confidentiality must be maintained at all times.
Experience performing related functions in a medical practice is preferred. Previous front desk customer service experience will be considered.
Professional, customer service-oriented individual is required.
