The Administrative secretary (Logistics Coordinator) supports Center Logistics Manager to schedule/reschedule staff, faculty, space, learners, and associated internal and external activities to meet the numerous projects and educational programs performed at the Center. This person:
Capture, report, and maintain attendance of Center transient staff at Center training, execution, and other events as needed
Participate in and occasionally lead various daily and weekly meetings, to include stand-up, calendar reviews, team deep-dive, and other Center meetings.
Candidate should hold prior experience working in business or health care environment. Associates degree preferred. Computer experience in Microsoft Office software is required. Must be detail‐oriented, flexible, self‐motivated, and self‐directed; able to meet deadlines; a team player with good problem‐solving skills; and willing and able to learn new technologies. Must be proficient working with basic computer hardware equipment and software applications relevant to scheduling and general troubleshooting; and, be proficient in the Windows operating system.
