The Assistant Director of Finance for the HRBRC will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing and managing all financial aspects of the organization. This role includes the oversight of financial systems, financial operations, financial forecasting, human resources and hiring processes, grants management, and intellectual property management. The Assistant Director of Finance will ensure the financial health of HRBRC by reconciling funds across multiple institutions, planning and implementing a rolling fundraising campaign, and maintaining robust financial controls.
