The Development Coordinator provides administrative support to the development office and most especially the fundraising team, enabling them to focus on cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors. This role is responsible for managing complex calendars, assembling donor packets, preparing presentation materials, coordinating meetings and tours and supporting data entries to ensure the gift officers operate efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various team members and stakeholders.
Perform duties in the billing division related to all aspects of the revenue cycle to include data entry, denials, patient interaction, patient account research, and insurance follow-up and extracting appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes.
